-League members must designate starters in the following quantities each week:
***Failure to post an active lineup for a second time is a $10 fine (can not start bye players or injured players)***

Draft
-Each team keeps 3 players with an option to keep 5. The remainder of players are acquired through a draft. The 3 money winners of the previous season receive the last 3 picks every round. From the teams that do not place in the money, are ranked from most points for to least. The team with the most points receives the #1 pick each round and the team with the least points receives the #7 pick with the remainder of teams filling spots 2-6.

Free Agent Deadlines and Claims
-Thursday (Wednesday when there are Thursday Games) at 06:00p MST- Waivers (worst to first)
- Free agency up to gametime

The following maximum overall (starters + backups) are allowed on a team per position:
Quarterback 7
Running Back 8
Wide Receiver 9
Tight End 7
Place Kicker 7
Team Defense 6

Total number of starters: 14
Total number of backups: 5
IR Spots: 2 (Doubtful or worse)

Trade Deadlines
-During the preseason, league members are allowed to make their own trades. ***You may trade draft picks in next years draft to balance out a trade***

During the regular season, league members are allowed to make their own trades, however players lock 5 minutes before kickoff of their game.

Your league`s season ending trading deadline is: Thu 11/22/06 10:30a MST

When a team approves a trade, the trade is processed when the commissioner approves trade.
